36ers milestones on the horizon in NBL27
Bryce Cotton reaching 300 NBL games and a host of players reaching 200 games highlights a list of potential milestones for Adelaide 36ers players in NBL27.
Cotton is a six-time NBL MVP with a lengthy list of other accolades to his name. He needs just two more games to reach game 300 in the competition, and should he remain fit, he could hit that milestone back in Perth against the Wildcats – where he won three NBL titles.
Isaac Humphries, Isaac White and Matt Kenyon are each edging closer to 200 NBL games with White closest to the total, needing to play 21 games to get there. Humphries is 27 games away from 200 while Kenyon would need the side to play two finals to get there.
New signing Bul Kuol needs to play 17 games to reach 150 NBL games. He has previously played 88 games for Cairns and 45 for Sydney before signing on with the Sixers for NBL27.
The South Sudanese international will have a delayed start to the campaign as he recovers from an ACL injury.
Flynn Cameron could also get to 150 games if the side is involved in at least one play-in game as well as going deep into the play-offs, while Zylan Cheatham needs 40 games to make it 100 in the NBL.
Three players – Keanu Rasmussen, Nick Rakocevic and John Jenkins – are on target for their 50th NBL game in NBL27.
As well as the players, new Head Coach Trevor Gleeson would get to an incredible 500th NBL game should the side go deep in the finals.
A five-time NBL Championship winning coach, Gleeson has 460 games to his name currently and would become just the fourth person to coach 500 games in the NBL, behind only Brian Goorjian (873 games) Lindsay Gaze (651), and former 36ers mentor Joey Wright (500).

Given the significant roster turnover last season but consistency heading into NBL27, there are eight players on track to play their 50th club game this season.
Flynn Cameron and Zylan Cheatham are closest, needing nine games each to get to 50 games in Sixers colours.
Bryce Cotton, Matt Kenyon and Isaac White could get there one game later, while Keanu Rasmussen and Nick Rakocevic each need 12 more games to make it 50 – both in the NBL and for Adelaide.
Isaac Humphries is a remote chance of getting to 150 club games. He still needs to play 42 games in the navy blue singlet, meaning an extended play-in and play-off run would be required.
